Andrew Miller
After working for a large national law firm for six years, in 1995 Mr. Miller formed his own firm. Since founding his firm, Mr. Miller has built relationships representing multiple national fast food chains, a well known international coffee house chain, insurance companies, and other large self insured international corporations.
He has tried cases in more than twenty courthouses throughout Illinois, Indiana and Wisconsin, in both state and federal courts. He has litigated cases in over forty counties throughout the Midwest. Mr. Miller has argued before the First, Second and Fifth District Appellate Courts in Illinois. He has handled appeals in the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit and Indiana. Over the last twenty five years he has published articles, authored newsletters and lectured throughout the country on a variety of topics involving premises liability, product liability, dram shop and insurance coverage issues.
Mr. Miller has also coached football for more than fifteen years. He is an assistant varsity football coach at Nazareth Academy in LaGrange Park, Illinois, the 2014, 2015, 2018, 2022, and 2023 State Champions.

Elizabeth Boratto
Ms. Boratto is the co-owner of the Miller Law Group. She joined the firm in 2011. Ms. Boratto specializes in dram shop litigation, premises liability, product liability, automobile accidents, commercial and residential real estate transactions, contract disputes, and insurance coverage issues.
She has defended clients in more than 50 counties throughout the States of Illinois and Indiana, including hundreds of dram shop cases. As part of her real estate practice, Ms. Boratto represents large corporations in lease and tenant-related disputes. She also represents individual homeowners and property owners in the sale, purchase, and rental of their properties.
Ms. Boratto’s practice also focuses on contract and insurance-related disputes. She represents corporations and individuals in breach of contract claims involving everything from simple lease agreements to large construction project agreements. She also provides guidance regarding insurance coverage issues to insurance companies as well as corporations and individuals.
Before joining the Miller Law Group, Ms. Boratto attended law school at Southern Illinois University. During law school, Ms. Boratto was the editor for the Journal of Legal Medicine. She also worked for the Cook County State’s Attorney’s Office as an intern.
